Communication skills which will be helpful for you.

Communicate skills are very helpful for you in your life. They create a good image on the mind of others about you. By improving your communication skills or by becoming a master of it will help you in almost every field like leadership,management,relationships and in many more areas it will help you.

So now we will be discussing about 4 communication skills. So the first one is.

1. Remembering the name of that person—Many of us will be wondering that how remembering names of people will help you. The reason here is peope like whenever they are called by their name for human beings their name is the one of the most important words they like. By remembering name of that person and by calling them by their name creates a good image in the mind of that person. They feel like they are important for you. So next time whenever tells you their name so please remember it.

2. Open body language— Their are two types of body language.

  • Open body language
  • Closed body language

Open body language means whenever some is takking to you being open such as not folding your hands maintaining a good distance between your legs these are some examples of open body language. When you have a open body language peope talking to you feel that your interested in the conversation and not feeling nervous not getting bored.

Closed body language is exactly opposite to open body language in this the the listener may have folded hands not taking too much space to stand etc. This indicates to the opposite person that your not listening to them properly or not interested in the conversation.

3. Listening— So this is very helpful having this skill can change your life. It means while someone is talking to you you should listen more rather than speaking. Because not many like to listen to other people for too long. They just want a person who is good listener. When some is telling you something you should remembe that like their name,birthdate,hobbies. Everybody wants to show their good image or good points in the conversation. A good conversation can be like 70/30 it means you should listen to 70 percent conversation and should respond only 30 percent in the conversation.

4. Wearing good clothes— This may not related to what your speaking it also makes a difference. Wearing good clothes doesn’t mean that you should wear only expensive clothes and shoes. By this point I mean whatever clothes your wearing wear it nicely. Means if your wearing a shirt so make sure that the shirt is nicely ironed and good clean and tidy. The shoes your wearing shoes.be clean if they are dirty make sure you wipe the dirt off before going outside
