Business process outsourcing is commonly named as BPO on short form. Bpo is basically means when a company outsources their some operations to another company is called as business process outsourcing. Companies do this because to focus on their core operational areas such as manufacturing,marketing,advertising and many more.

Why BPO exists
So as we saw that by outsourcing some operations the companies can focus on their core operations like manufacturing,research and development,human resource etc. By focusing on their core operations the companies can provide more good quality products/services as compared to the competitors. This ultimately helps them to survive and grow in the competition. And by doing so they save a lot of cost reason many multinational companies outsource their operations to the countries where they can get labour at low cost such as India and many other Asian companies the companies pays less amount of salary/incentive to the people who are working for them.

First of all the person/group of person who are looking to establish a call center must look which type of BPO they want to form like what should be their niche. And they should also determine their business plan. After doing all this they should the the necessary paper work needed to establish a bpo/call center and later on as the process goes on they should invest in necessary equipment and machinery or technology. And the company should market themselves to attract the clients after all the procedure. And after it they acquire any process they should start acquiring or hiring the people for the work.
